Illinois Sports Betting Online with BetRivers Sportsbook. Legal online sports betting from Rivers Casino. Live in-game betting & live sports streaming. Latest Lines, Odds & Prop Bets. A Rivers Casino exclusive, Multi-Bet Blackjack™ offers incredible action (up to 12 different bets on every deal) and features 3 exciting & popular side-bets (21+3™, Lucky Ladies™, and Lucky Lucky™), 4 different table limit options, and a dealer who only re-shuffles after the majority of shoe cards have been dealt! Blackjack may be played with multiple decks of cards. RULES: Cards are counted at their face value. All face cards count as 10. Aces count as either 1 or 11. A Blackjack is a total of 21 on the original two cards. Blackjack pays 3 to 2 (one and a half times the bet). A Blackjack cannot lose; it will push (tie) if the dealer also has Blackjack.
Thank you all for your responses. I guess what I’m looking for, more specifically, is:
What is the total blended house edge (initial BJ Bet included) to play:
1) BJ plus 21+3 when BJ bet is $200 and 21+ 3 bet is $100. (BJ rules: dealer stands on soft 17, double on any two cards, no surrender, no resplitting aces, BJ pays 3:2) (6 deck shoe)
2) BJ plus 21+ 3 and Top 3 when BJ bet is $200 and both side bets are $100 each (same BJ rules as listed above in #1)
And what would the house edge be just for the 21+3 and then what would the house edge be with both side bets played together with equal bets (and independent of the simultaneous BJ bet).
Thanks in advance!

21 to the River is a blackjack side bet I noticed at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas on March 27, 2008. The rules are as follows.
*Player makes a blackjack and poker bet.
*The blackjack bet shall be adjudicated according to conventional blackjack rules. In the case of the Hard Rock, these rules were six decks, dealer hits soft 17, double after split allowed, no surrender, and no re-splitting aces.
*In the event the blackjack hand busts, a five-card poker hand will be created using the card that busted the player, and the next four cards in the shoe.
*The poker hand shall pay according to the return table below.
*If the player does not bust, then the poker bet will push.
*If the player splits, the first hand, if any, that busts will start the poker hand. If none bust, the poker bet will push.
The first step to analyze this game is to determine the probability that the blackjack hand will bust, and if so, with what card. To answer this, I ran the following simulation. My simulation treats all 10-point cards the same way, so I divided that total between the four 10-point cards. Blackjack EventsEventProbabilityPlayer busts with 60.003197Player busts with 70.006978Player busts with 80.012119Player busts with 90.017238Player busts with 100.023341Player busts with J0.023341Player busts with Q0.023341Player busts with K0.023341No bust0.867104Total1.000000
The total probability of busting comes to 13.29%. This is higher than other places on my site, which say it is 13.00%. This is because of the splitting rule.
The next table shows the probability of each poker hand, with six decks, according to the first card dealt in the hand. The lower right cell shows a house edge of 1.29%, per bet made. The probability of the bet resolving with a win or loss is 10.96%. The house edge, per bet resolved, is thus 1.29%/10.96% = 11.76%.Buster Blackjack
Buster Blackjack is a side bet I noticed at the Sycuan casino, near San Diego, on November 30, 2008. The bet wins if the dealer busts, the more cards it takes, the more the player wins. The following table shows the probabilities and return for a six-deck game, where the dealer hits a soft 17.
